Listing is for this vintage previously owned Lemax Carole Towne Highland Bay Lobster Company Lighted Christmas Village House, the removable sign by the front door is missing, otherwise it look to be in nice condition, I don't see any chips or damage, please look at the pictures just in case I have missed any problems, it is dusty and will need a light cleaning, NO box, the box is missing, It is approx 6-1/2" wide by 7-1/2" tall.
This item will ship free using UPS, UPS requires a physical shipping address and will not deliver to a PO box, free shipping applies only to the lower 48 states of the USA, so please do not purchase if you live in AK, HI or any US territories.

Shipping ceramic, glass and breakable items is expensive there just isn't a way around it, most items are doubled boxed with lots of fill to ensure the item arrives safely. I prefer priority mail shipping to 1st order class mail so the item spends less time in the hands of the post office.
