Black Fitbit zip. Includes tracker, case, tool to open battery compartment, extra black clip cover/case and 4 extra batteries. This tracker has been around awhile, but has plenty of life left in it. The back of the tracker order has some scratches on it from trying to open the battery compartment (that was before we realized it came with a tool). Battery usually last 2-3 months with continuous use. Fitbit no longer makes this model.
