Carlene's assembled from vintage wooden blocks and spools, professionally cleaned and whitened mink bones and antique doll legs excavated from the grounds of German doll factories that operated between 1890 and 1920. Her uniform and the pompom she carries are made from hand dyed strips of cloth in the school colors. She's wearing a red felt hat accented with vintage lucite beads, a vintage metal flower and a Swarovski crystal. Her crystal accented eyes are red magnesite beads.
Carlene is 7 inches tall and her wings were fashioned from rusty wire.
