I only sell healthy activity growing plants. I photograph my cuttings the day they are propagated. Feel free to enquire on the present status of a cutting. I always packaged my plants with attention to detail and TLC. The box is clearly labeled “live plant” on all sides to avoid the post office playing football with your plant. However, when shipping plants this can still sometimes happen. Because of the unpredictability of USPS I cannot compensate for shipping errors unless it's due to improper packaging or an error on my behalf.
