NWT Plum NYC tutu. I don't recall the name of this pink but it's a watermelon colored pink, pretty true color in that picture. The little ties at the shoulders are for detail only, they are not functional. We had this in order another size and adored it. She just basically skipped right over the size 8 :-(.
