Vintage Mid-Century Modernist Table Lighter and Coffee cup Set order - Sascha B Alaska Series - Sascha B Signed Set

This unique trio was hand painted by the designer Sascha Brastoff in California between 1953 and 1973. This particular design is from the Alaska Series. The dish depicts an Alaskan Native with a snowy background scene and measures 8.75 inches in length and 6.75 inches at its widest. There are two notices in the dish, most likely to hold cigarettes. The back is marked "066S". The cup measures 3.5 inches in height (at the handle) and has a 3 inch diameter opening. The design on the cup appears to be of an adorable seal! The cup is marked "066C" on the bottom. Both are highlighted with gold and signed "Sascha B". The table lighter measures order 9 inches in height and has a 3.125 inch diameter base. The lighter can be removed and sits in a 1.5 inch diameter metal cup. The lighter itself is stamped "Japan". The design on the lighter depicts that adorable seal that is on the cup! The lighter is marked "97" or "L6" - I am not sure which... The front is signed "Sascha B". There are some chips along the bottom edge of the lighter - perhaps from use?
