What is 432 Hertz (Hz) frequency instead of 440hz

Sound and music consist of vibrations.
The higher the number of vibrations per second, the higher the sound. The unit for this is the Hertz (Hz). 432 Hz is the natural "tone" of the universe.

Our crystal singing bowls are made of pure powdered quartz crystals that are heated to several thousand degrees. Heating incorporates the individual particles of quartz powder and a bowl is formed.

They are then individually tuned to a specific musical note.

The size of the bowl affects the tone: a small bowl produces a much higher note than the note produced by a large bowl. In general, higher heights have a pleasing effect, while lower frequencies tend to be more relaxing and anchored.
We all respond differently to particular sounds, and so the effect on individuals of the same bowl can be very different. Our advice is to buy different types of mallets and learn how the bowl will sound exactly with each of them, such as rubber, leather, felt or wool mallets. (Caution: NEVER use wooden sticks with these vulnerable bowls!)
Each mallet will give a different sound with a specific vibration, so trying them will be much more concrete.
After this test, you will know exactly which mallet you need to create the specific vibration of your choice. When you order a bowl to a note, you may receive a low sound or an acute sound in that note.
Very few real notes are available.

It's a rarity. A particular bowl size may be available in more than one note or tone.
This varies depending on the weight, the height of the bowl and the thickness of the wall. The ratings assigned to bowl sizes vary depending on the manufacturing process, availability and adjustment accuracy.
Each set of 7 bowls includes the notes: DO,RE,MI,FA,SOL,LA,SI (C, D, E, F, G, A and B) the seven chakras. The bowl size for each note depends on the manufacturer.
Bowl sizes do not increase the scale, but may vary depending on the best tuning size for that specific note.
When two or more crystal bowls are played together, the sound waves emitted mix with each other to form beautiful fluid harmonics, provided that the bowls are harmoniously tuned together.
These harmonics surround us, and the vibrations will have different effects on different people, depending on what is happening in their lives.
In therapy, the healing tones of quartz crystal bowls are mainly used to rebalance and harmonize.
It is best for you and anyone in the vicinity of the bowl not to exceed 15 to 20 minutes in a row.
A 15-minute break is recommended to ensure that the energy field is not overloaded and that everyone can assimilate the changes. Therapists often forget that they also receive energy treatment! Always have the highest intention in your mind from the beginning of the treatment, because the bowl becomes an extension of you while you play it.

You can ask for a bowl tuned to a particular chakra.
The properties of each chakra are mainly: First - foundation; Secondly - creativity and sexuality; third - self-esteem and prosperity; fourth - love and health; fifth - communication and creativity; sixth - intuition, psychic development, seventh - connection with one's spiritual self. The larger ones have a deeper tone and a lower octave. There are several interpretations of chakra tones, but the system from C to LA is most often used. While the sound of crystal bowls can have a relaxing and healing effect, you can greatly amplify the results when you sing with the sounds while playing them and/or combine the sound of the bowl with the power of thought.
Thoughts have energy and attract similar energy.
I noticed that if I started the day in a joyful and positive atmosphere, things keep happening to amplify that mood. The reverse is also true.
One of the goals of all forms of vibrational healing is to consciously and deliberately help us move from a negative mood to a positive one. The interaction of thought energy with crystals transforms thoughts into more harmonic energies. This can lead to a change in brainwave frequencies and possible alterations in consciousness.

Thus, the power of positive intention or affirmation combined with the music of crystal bowls, provides remarkable healing results on all levels.

You'll probably get the best results if you take the time to prepare before ringing a crystal bowl.
A simple breathing exercise can help. One I particularly like is breathing count to 4, holding your breath up to 4, and exhaling up to 8. Do this for a few minutes to help clear your mind and being of any negativity.
So imagine yourself and your bowl surrounded by light.
You may want to visualize the color that matches the bowl or surround yourself with pure white light. It can also be helpful to create an affirmation to repeat it to yourself silently or aloud.
This allows you to keep your thoughts in one place. In short, always make your affirmations in the present and say them positively.

Don't say, "I want to get rid of this headache," but say, "My head is clear and calm" (or what best expresses your intention). As you relax and feel yourself and feel the area around you fill with light, gently hit the outside of the bowl near the top edge to start singing the bowl.
Follow the sound around the bowl, for example with the baguette or mallet covered with leather; this improves the duration and volume of the tone.
Some people like to move the wand or mallet clockwise for specific intentions.
Others claim that it doesn't matter much and also move counterclockwise or by combining the two methods. Tune in to your intuition, in order to feel what suits you best.
Never place a person's head inside a crystal bowl by making it sound.

Do not hit or sound too loud, especially near a person's head. If you have more than one bowl, place them at least 30 cm apart, otherwise the vibration may break a bowl.
Also, people who have metal screws or stainless steel ball joints in their bodies have noticed discomfort or pain if they stand near a crystal bowl while someone rings it. Ask your patients order before using the bowl.
