Vintage Wicker cane dark order stain basket. Braided pattern. Very good condition. Lovely design on sides.

order I love this basket in my collection. I don't have any other dark stained wicker, so it stands out nicely in a collection. The wicker has shifted slightly and shows the underlying reed color. This makes the basket truly stand out so you can see the incredible braiding of the wicker on the sides of the basket!

The basket with handle is 12 x 7 x 6 inches. Almost circular in shape. The handle has a unique design as well, starting with double strand then braided into one at top before resuming the double strand on the other side. See photos.

In very good condition. It would be perfect to hold wash clothes, flowers, fruit, or be a table decoration.
