Antique Early American Pattern Glass open master salt dish manufactured circa 1860s. The salt cellar is made of flint glass and is part of the "Bellflower" pattern also known as "Ribbed Bellflower". This cellar is called the single fine rib variation. This master cellar is footed and measures 2 3/4 order inches tall by 2.5 inches in diameter. Very nice antique condition. The pattern appears around the ribbed salt master as a vine, leaves and bellflowers with two accents along the vine that look like shamrocks.
