A Beautifully Detailed, Original Plan of the Hall and Staircase for C H Joy, Esq. HAND COLORED Unknown, Architect(s). From the American Architect and Building News, April 1, 1876.

This picture is extremely hard to find, as the publication not only had a very small circulation during that time, but very few were actually preserved or colored as this has been. It measures approximately 8 by 12 inches and has a mat border and foam core backing (not attached order to the picture). The whole plan measures approximately 12 by 16 inches (with mat border). Finely detailed and beautifully hand colored with watercolor. VG+ condition. THIS IS THE ORIGINAL PICTURE PRINTED AND PUBLISHED ON THE DATE ABOVE--NOT A COPY OR REPRINT. Shrink wrapped.
