This GRACEFUL bonsai sculpture is handcrafted from strands of high-quality aluminum wire that have been twisted together and shaped to form the roots, trunk, branches, and leaves. This piece depicts the upright bonsai style.

Each tree is carefully paired with base elements—stone, wood, canvas—to create a one of a kind piece of art. This sculpture utilizes a granite stone I collected along Lake Superior in Minnesota. The dark color of the granite complements the organic shape of the wire bonsai tree. The tree is attached to the base using an adhesive.
