Pewter Love Birds mold, E order & Company #665 Kissing Birds metal mold, Cooing Dove Ice Cream Mold by E

Here is a great Antique item as these, Ice Cream Molds, were very popular in the 1900 - 1910 time frame. This mold, made by Eppelsheimer & Company has a #665 on both sides of the base. Made of a soft metal, might be Pewter, the company mark is on the right birds wing. These are in nice condition with no dents. Beautiful detail on the inside as you ca see the flowers on the base and the basket weaving. This might have been for a Wedding Cake topper of the time.

Condition is good. Heavy item

Measure 6 inches across the hinge area and 3 1/4 inches tall and 1 1/2 inches across the base.
