This night blooming jasmine is well rooted. Very fragrant Cestrum nocturnum Jasmine Jessamine. Highly recommend for the awesome fragrance, one plant may bring the powerful fragrance a few doors down the road. A cutting of the fresh flowers can fill the room with a perfume like smell for the night.
This plant will grow into one of the most sweet smelling jasmine , and are known for their perfume, with a beautiful scent when it blooms, and at night we can go outside and smell these, can start smelling the flowers from a few houses down, what a beautiful scent to smell,makes everyone wonder where the beautiful smell is coming from, and can take and cut the flowers and the rooms will fill with the aroma of these flowers,can not quite describe how good they smell, it doesn't take very many flowers, just put the flowers in a plastic cup with some water, they are night bloomers so they bloom all night and in the morning the flowers close up, however the next night they open up their flowers again, the night blooming jasmine can reach to 8 to 10 feet tall when mature. Ours likes the full sun for a few hours a day, does well in partial sun and partial shade, Does well planted in the ground in the south as long as it gets enough water, to much sun and not enough water the leaves will start to wilt in the middle of the day, so give them some water to help perk them up from wilting, also does well in a container has to be protected from the frost and cold.
Check in your area for the best growing care and conditions for this plant,in the north will have to be brought in for the winter. Please open the package and water the plant as soon as you get it in. Give plenty of space for them to grow. They like well drained soil.
Hardiness: USDA Zones 10 - 12. In zones 8B-11, it dies to the ground.
