Three Monotype Gel Prints, Handmade Abstract order Original Art, Home Decor

This listing is for three original monotype prints created using a gelatin printing plate. The largest one order has an image area of approximately 8 x 10 inches. The two smaller ones were printed at 5 x 7 inches. Each print is glued to a backing board and ready to be framed.

The mats you see in the photos will be included with your order, to use or not, at your discretion. They are not permanently adhered to the art pieces. Matting of some sort is recommended however, because when using a gelatin plate the edges of the artwork can look uneven or rough, especially when printing multiple layers.

These are not digital prints. They are one-of-a-kind original prints using acrylic paints to create multiple layers. Each is an original piece of art, printed individually on cold press, 130-lb. watercolor paper. They have been coated with an UV archival varnish protectant.

These prints will be packaged and mailed with the utmost care.
