Howlite was discovered in Nova Scotia in 1868 and named after Henry How, a Canadian chemist, geologist and mineralogist. Howlite balances the calcium levels in the body, and helps teeth, bones, hair and muscles. The stone is said to teach patience and helps remove anger and absorbs stress.

I make all the bracelets listed in this shop, hoping to bring good energy to those who wear them. The beads are strung on a strong piece of elastic cord, producing either a single strand bracelet, or made long enough to wrap into a double or triple strand bracelet. The bracelets are made to fit all size wrists, either loosely fitted or fitted precisely as to your choice. Best to roll the bracelets on and off your wrist.
