I send a sneak peek of your product. IF you have any changes to your order: the color of pillow etc. THIS MUST BE SAID in the 12-24 grace period prior to shipping. Once shipped, if you have a change you are then responsible for shipping to and from me, along with the cost of time and materials.If you order is DAMAGED in transit. Please hold onto all shipping materials, and take photos of both the shipping box as well as the damaged art. And send me a message. I will need all of this for filing a claim on your behalf. I FULLY insure each and every order :)

These are handmade pieces that each take a lot of time to create. If you decide you want to return it, you may at your own cost of shipping back to me, and there will be a re-stocking fee of $25 subtracted from your return amount. The item must be received damage free in order to receive a refund.
