Herbal Feet Bath Kit

A mix of herbs that I use in my own feet bath...
why feet bath? Feet are a reflexion of the whole body, if we relax and take care of the feet, we relax and soothe the whole body.. so for those suffering of insomnia it is highly recommended for example!
Even better if you follow the feet bath by a little feet massage... ( see my oil listing if needing a special massage oil!)
I practice herbal feet bath myself for years now and love its effect!

Kit empowered with Reiki energy and sacred intention:
herbs: st John's Wort, jasmine, wild thyme, yellow and red rose petals, red earth, sage, vervain, rosemary, mint,basil, dill, lavender, Epsom Salt, organic blue Lotus, red Sage flowers,
and Septarian Stone for Special earth Chakra/Root Chakra healing ( also order nicknamed Dragon's egg), and a beautiful black tourlmaine ...both are very protective stones and both are very much linked with the Root Chakra...
There is also some red Earth, picked at the Red Lands here in the region where I live, also nicknamed "Little Colorado"...
Done on the New Moon Solar Eclipse on th 11th of June 2021...

* jasmine: purifies the body, love frequency, light, linked to the Moon and Venus
*thyme: healing, helps release the weights/the old... linked to planet Venus, associated with physical power... also antiseptic
*sage: healing, transformative, protective, manifestation of wishes, linked to planet Jupiter
* rose petals: frequencies of love, healing, light, joy
*vervain: linked to Goddess Aphrodyte, the Ancient Druids considered it as sacred, cooling and refreshing, calming, healing, beautiful soft presence.
* rosemary: healing, protecting, connected to the Fairies, purification, planets: Sun and Moon
*mint: refreshing, cooling, protective, purifying
*lavender: transformation, healing, love, tranquility, good dreams, protective, happiness, meditation
*red earth:soft and rich, soothing and soft for the skin...I am not a 100% sure, but it feels like there is clay there..and of course iron ( the red color element)will make the water go red!
*blue Lotus, along with the Rose, one of the highest flower frequency of the planet...very healing, uplifting, magical, truly holding a consciousness of its own... a divine plant!
*dill is known for bringing abundance magic and has protective energy
*basil, a holy plant, refreshing, protective, healing...

The herbs used for this Herbal Tales/Herbal kit for Feet Bath are mostly local, some of them handpicked...
the jasmine and lavender come from a friend's garden, the thyme comes from a magical place we call the Dragon Valley, the Rose petals I have dried myself; the rosemary comes from my friend's garden, the vervain comes from my friend's garden; the red earth has been handpicked at the Red Earth tracks...
Mint and the Epsom Salt come from a local organic shop and Sage from my friend's garden as does the St John's Wort... we have a lots growing in our Oasis too, it just depends at which stage the plant is... and when I am creating the kits...

I treat my plants with a lot of Love and care, plants mean a lot to me as does the whole of Nature...
I talk to them, I sing to them, I meditate with them!
