A scarce, early edition of Elementary Lessons in Historical English Grammar: Containing Accidence and Word-formation by the Rev. Richard Morris. Published in 1884 by Macmillan and Co., London.

Bound in a red cloth with blind stamp to front board and speckled page edges. Yellow end papers with an owners inscription from 1890 to paste down page and a few to the rear. Text pages are largely bright considering this is an antique textbook, and mainly clear apart from a few spots of foxing and age wear/markings within. Markings and staining to end papers, binding a bit sloppy from use and cracking to the internal joints with boards. Markings and staining to boards, sunning to spine. Turning to corners, chipping and fraying to edges and corners of the boards and spine.
