Returns and Exchanges

If there is a problem with your order products, please let us know immediately and we will make our best effort to resolve the issue. My main goal is to make my customers happy by having a stress free, inexpensive and beautiful party.

We do not offer refunds but will provide a store credit or exchange for unused, unopened products returned within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Because of the nature of the custom one-of a kind product most items cannot be reproduced. As such; a store credit will be applied to order a future order. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and all costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Be sure that any returns are shipped prepaid, insured and with a tracking number for documentation purposes.
