Elgin Ladies Vintage Watch order

This beautifully crafted wristwatch is in great visual condition.
The color are vibrant on the watch.
The crown moves the hands but is not working when trying to wind the watch.
The dial color is in fair condition. It has green tint on the edges,when you open up the watch
But the dial still has a good appearance.
The bracelet of watches works appears to have order no visible flaws.
The crystal appears to be in good condition.
