This sunny yellow Bakelite bangle is saucer shaped with carving on both sides. The deep gouge carved lines give the bracelet an interesting geometric profile. This cheerful bracelet measures 1/2" wide and 3/8" thick and has the standard 2 1/2" wrist opening. In excellent vintage condition with a high level of glossiness and no chips, cracks or visible scratches.

HINT: If you're having trouble getting your bangles on, try putting a nylon knee-high over your hand. This removes the friction and allows your hand to slip through freely!

All Bakelite is tested using a variety of methods. These include Simichrome polish, hot water (smell test), tapping bangles together for the appropriate sound, and checking for mold lines and other discrepancies.
