A hip bag made from reclaimed denim with black cotton trim.
On the double pocket: slip in pocket is 5 1/2" deep, opening to 6 1/4" wide.
The zippered pocket is 4 1/2" deep opening to 5 1/4" wide.
The additional pocket is 4" deep by 5 1/2" wide
On the reverse side, the lining pocket is 4" deep opening to 4 1/2" wide.
The plastic hook is handy for your keys, gloves or to hook to your pet's leash.
Shortest length of "belt" is 36" extending to about 50", with plastic adjuster.
The hip bag is 7 1/2" at the widest part with slight batting to make it just firm enough to be comfortable while feeling sturdy.
The lining is a soft cotton.
My signature of mixed piecework includes a silkscreened Celtic dragon in gold ink on purple...cuz it seems right, you know?
After I photoed Nikita, I noticed part of the reclaimed denim piece had a "slub" in the weave. So I embroidered a little leaf over it.
That's why I like creating handmade clothing...all the little personal details you can't get order from fast fashion!

I would recommend dry cleaning, but if that's not your thing, spot cleaning with lukewarm water and mild soap will do the trick.
