All items are MADE TO ORDER - meaning AFTER you order I make the items. Need 7 - 10 days to make items. Handmade/Homemade Items. Not Shiny, Not Perfect, Just cute photo props for staging or cute items for play.

#Some packages come closed and some come open as pictured (If you see open and closed packages, if you only see closed that means they only come closed).

#Items are lightweight and may not be suitable for children under a certain age.

#All items in my Store are Handmade and Homemade. While I strive to do my best my items are by no means perfect.

#Dolls, Shopping Counter, Shopping baskets and other items pictured are only being used as props and are not apart of what is being sold.

#All miniature packages are empty of actual food/items unless otherwise stated.

SHIPPING

# I ship via first class mail for the cheapest option, however, there is the option to pick a faster and safer method of shipping for a higher fee (Priority mail). If free shipping is offered on an item then the item(s) will be shipped via standard mail. It is buyers responsibility to request additional insurance if they wish.

#If Items are returned due to non deliverable address (or wrong address) buyer will be responsible to have the items reshipped. Buyers can request that items be reshipped but the buyer is responsible for paying to reship items. Refused packages will not be refunded. Non deliverable addresses will not be refunded.

#Shipping combines automatically. ADD ITEMS TO YOUR CART IN ORDER TO GET COMBINED SHIPPING. PLEASE DON'T PLACE MULTIPLE ORDERS. If you place multiple orders I may ship multiple orders.

#If you need rush shipping, or items by a certain date, please contact me BEFORE you place the order so that I can see if I can accommodate you.

#If package is damaged by the post office I cannot be held responsible. It is the buyers responsibility to contact the post office for damage cause by the post office. Once I ship the items via the method the buyer paid for I am no longer in control of what the post office does. Buyers may purchase faster shipping options and request additional insurance. I will not refund based on damage caused by post office nor based on claims that item was never delievered even though tracking shows package was delivered.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

#I do not accept returns, however - If an item is returned original price will be refunded minus shipping and %20 relisting fee. Buyer responsible for return shipping cost, return shipping cost will not be refunded. If free shipping is offered then refund will be - original purchase price minus my cost to ship.

#Buyer responsible for all taxes and customs duties their state/country charges. These items will not be refunded.
