These pretty pagan prayer beads are 22" (54cm) long and have been handcrafted with lilac quartz, rose quartz, amethyst & aquamarine gemstones with Celtic Goddess Aine in mind.

In Celtic mythology Aine is the Goddess of love, growth and light, and Queen of the Fairies. Her name means bright as she lights order up the dark.

I've divided the main beads of my design here as follows: 3 little lilac quartz gemstones, 7 Czech glass leaves, 9 rose quartz gemstones, and 21 amethyst & aquamarine gemstones.

Hearts and butterflies are interspersed throughout the strand, with a Goddess Aine charm (25mm) hanging from one end and a 3D fairy charm (18mm) hanging from the other.

Amethyst has been chosen as a powerful and protective stone with a high spiritual vibration, transmuting negative energies into love.

Aquamarine has been chosen as a bringer of peace serenity, heartfelt communication, happiness and eternal youth.

My design here holds 40 beads divided by the numbers 3, 7, 9 and 21 - numbers I've chosen for their magickal and spiritual significance.

All of my prayer beads are highly tactile - they are made with smooth, cool gemstones, textured metal filigrees, shiny glazed ceramics and hard antiqued silver.

You will find that certain colours and themes resonate the strongest with you - if you follow your instincts you will be drawn to the right pieces for you.

ABOUT THE SECRET CHARM
I am a Self Representing Artist in Jewellery Design (SRAJD #4067) living by the sea in the Highlands of Scotland, drawing inspiration from my beautiful surroundings, the nature within it, and from the many fascinating myths and legends of Celtic folklore.
