90s textured mesh black floral order jacket vintage

Extremely cool late 90s/early Y2K Grace Chuang textured floral jacket. The semi-sheer mesh has an incredible silvery metallic look, frayed florals are fully embroidered throughout, not appliquéd! Truly stunning texture on this jacket. Ruffled mesh collar and cuffs, single hook and eye closure order at the chest. Excellent vintage condition - no flaws!
