All tumblers are coated in UV rated epoxy resin, come with a lid and BPA FREE reusable straw, and are fully cured before shipping. I cannot be held responsible for items damaged by the post office in transit. And all items must follow the proper care instructions. I will not replace items with major defects after 72 hours of receiving and will not replace items that have clearly been placed in the dishwasher, soaked, or dropped by the customer. While these tumblers are durable with proper care they WILL break if dropped. Thank you!
