1950s dress/ white cotton dress with polka dot pocket, buttons and sash order / petite size dress

Vintage 1950s white dress trimmed with polka dot details. Bodice is designed with wide straps and an off center placket with 3 decorative (non working) large fabric covered buttons. Waist is fitted with tight gathers at the skirt. Skirt has large patch pocket. Original sash ties it all together. Dress closes with long metal zipper centered on back. No maker tag's, but dress does appear to have been commercially made. Overall, very good condition, white is nice and bright. Polka dot fabric is slightly but uniformly faded from washings. The metal zipper has lost paint on the tab, and there is a small smattering of tiny dots on skirt. These are located on the back left and are smaller than a pin hole. Nothing glaring and shown in photos. No sizing available, bodice and length suggest this is for someone falling in the petite range or less than 5'2”.

Garment measurements are taken flat, then doubled and order are that of the garment itself, so be sure to leave some wiggle room!

Mint: Beautiful and perfect. Most likely never worn.
Excellent: Little visible wear, lightly worn.
Very Good: Normal wear for the age of the garment.
Good: A few obvious visible flaws. Garment construction is still sound and wearable.
