Ivy vine earrings in gold brass, like fake gauges but fit regular piercings. Lightweight. 2 1/4" long, 1 1/4" across. The vines are delicate, in form as well as function. They are better suited to dinner dates than wrestling matches. When using the small backing you must hold the tip of wire rather that the vines themselves - supporting the wire maintains its graceful curve. If you smoosh the wires you order must gently love them back into their shape. "Preserve the curve" is the motto for the wires. As always, sleeping in your earring art is a no-no. I do not find that these get tangled in my hair UNLESS I'm wearing braids. It's not the end of the world, but they do like to make a little mischeif in braids.
