Spring Thaw started out as a possible Christmas card image. But as anyone who has painted in watercolor knows, it often tells you what it is going to be whether you like it or not! This one decided that it was going to be spring on this river. This is an open edition giclée print from my original watercolor, ©Deborah G. Olliff. It is printed on Elegance Velvet watercolor paper.
