This view of Fourth Lake in the Adirondacks is from the hiking trail on Bald Mountain, near the Rondax Fire Tower, looking north. I painted this in a variety of shades shades of blues and greens, with lots of faint blues in the atmosphere of the many layers of distant mountains.
