Vintage FENTON Compote Fenton Lily Pad Fenton order Custard Glass White Custard Glass Compote With Lid Candy Dish Gifts for Her Not Milk Glass WOW

You are viewing a vintage compote made by Fenton in the mid 1970's. This wonderful custard or satin glass compote is heavily detailed over the entire piece. Both the bottom and lid are stamped Fenton. There are no chips or cracks. There is a small amount of felt reside on the bottom that could be removed with a bit of soaking however, it isn't seen when displayed if you decided to not remove it.

This would go great in any shabby chic decorated space, girlie space or an addition to a great vintage glassware collection.

Unfortunately, Fenton is no longer in the business of making glassware. They closed their doors in 2011. Today they only make glass beads for jewelry. There has been talk that another company wants to buy them or did buy them (conflicting reports). Fenton has always been collectible since the company began.
