Identical to Mushroom Cap in almost every way, Just the Stem is also full of multiple dips and curves with gills designed to provide a unique texture to grind upon. The only difference between the two is the small stub of a stem protruding from the center of the mushroom cap, made to provide either the smallest order amount of penetration or a place to grind upon.

*For those unfamiliar with the purpose of Grinding toys, Mushroom Cap (and most other grinding toys) are made to be placed on a pillow and tucked between your legs while upright (in the riding/cowboy/cowgirl position).
These toys are favored by those who don't enjoy/cannot have/don't want to deal with penetration.
