You will receive everything that is pictured! The castle does light up and make sound as well as the Ferris wheel! These were played with once upon a time but overall in great condition for its age! There is marker spots to the bottoms of some pieces! I did include pictures of the bottoms of all three houses and the castle! There were marker spots on everything but I spent a day cleaning every spot I could find that would come off! There might be a few spots I missed but they are easy to get off, except the bottoms since the bottom is matte finished the marker has set in! Fortunately the rest of the pieces are glossy and were easy to wipe down! There might also be some scuffs from being played with, but nothing major! Everything order is wrapped securely in bubble wrap, packed, and ready to ship! This is a perfect bundle for any collection whether you are just starting or to finish your collection!
