This item is a licensed plush toy and was repurposed into a chalk bag.
It comes with a black elastic cord and a purple stopper (small round piece of plastic that cinches the opening of the chalk bag). There are two black loops to attach to a belt or clips. The inner material is white fleece.

This butterfly is 5.5 inches (14 cm) tall from fleece opening to bottom, approximately 6 inches (15 cm) wide. Inside bag depth is approximately 5 inches (13 cm). The opening circumference is 13.5 inches (34 cm).
The fleece opening is reinforced with webbing on the inside.
