These Sports Theme Sugar Cookies are made to order so processing time is 3-5 business days. Contact me if you need them sooner. Only the best quality ingredients are used. The cookies can be made for any occasion. Orders include 3 baseball, 3 football, 3 basketball, 1 soccer, and 2 field cookies(your choice i.e. baseball, soccer, football). If you would like a specific sport instead of all of them contact me for custom order. Minimum order of 1 dozen(12 cookies). All cookies are wrapped then shipped in bubble wrap to prevent breakage during shipping. Please contact me for questions and I usually respond the same day.
*When placing your order please send me the date of your event in the message area so I can plan your order accordingly.
**Please note that I take due diligence to assure orders are received by the preferred delivery date but please be aware that USPSUPS deliveries that are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances are out of my control. Also, once packages leave my hands I have no control over how the package is treated. I take careful measures by wrapping in bubble wrap and air pillows to avoid any breakage.PACKAGES MUST BE CHECKED WITHIN ONE DAY OF RECEIVING TO MAKE SURE CONTACTS ARE INTACT. Please don't contact me 5 days later stating that you checked your package. If any contents are damaged, all packaging must be kept including box and contents order to be able to file a claim through the shipping carrier. I can help facilitate a claim but I am not responsible for damaged contents due to shipping.

potentially turning away future orders that come in after yours. So for that reason, I cannot cancel, refund, or do an exchange of any order.
