It's been YEARS since I have so I had to watch it again to see what a cult classic it has become. As a young mother I thought the warrior Princess Kidagakash "Kida" Nedakh was so beautiful & strong! She is the daughter of Kashekim Nedakh, King of Atlantis. In this backpack's front graphic scene Kida merges with the heart of Atlantis crystal to save it from being stolen. Unlike her mother, the Queen, who perished from the merge, Kida is later freed from the crystal and she and Milo Thatch fall in love. Not really a story for young Disney viewers, but I have always been drawn to mythical legends such as these.
