The Pippa is a beaded Bumblebee jasper necklace with vermeil beads and a gold finished brass pendant. Each necklace has a three inch extender. So a 15 inch necklace can extend to 18”.
Vermeil is silver finished with a thick 14k gold overlay. The layer of gold is about 40 times more than standard gold plating. The extender and all hardware are gold filled. What is gold filled? Gold filled is not to be confused with gold plating as filled literally has 100% more gold than gold plating. Gold filled is much more valuable and tarnish resistant. It does not flake off, rub off or turn colors.

As with all jewelry, this necklace should be removed before going into the shower, pool, or ocean. Avoid spraying alcohol based products such as perfume or hairspray on the necklace.
