Marx order 3/4" 1:16 Hard Plastic Daffodil Yellow Bedroom Eight Pieces Dollhouse Furniture

This bedroom set is in the 3/4" or 1:16 scale. It was made by Marx for the lithographed tin dollhouses that they also made. Marx made the hard plastic sets first, and later moved into the soft plastic. This is the hard plastic set. It is daffodil yellow. I believe this bedroom set is complete. There are eight pieces from the left to the right starting at the top the: 1) floor lamp. I am not sure that this came with the bedroom set but it is certainly needed. This lamp is two pieces. The shade does come off. It is 3-5/8" tall with a 1-1/4" diameter at the shade and a 7/8" diameter at the bottom; 2) highboy. This piece is 4" tall x 2-1/2" wide x 1-1/8" deep; 3) double bed. This piece is harder to find. It is 4-1/2" deep x 3-5/8" wide x just over 2-1/4" tall; 4) night stand. It is 1-3/4" tall x 1-1/8" wide x 1-1/8" deep; 5) foot stool that is 1-5/8" wide x 1-3/8" deep x 1" tall; 6) club chair that is 2-1/8" tall x 2" wide x 2-1/4" deep; 7) vanity bench that is 1-3/4" wide x 1-1/4" tall x 3/4" deep. The legs on this piece are very thin!!; and 8) vanity. This piece is 4" tall x 3" wide x 1-1/8" deep. There are no moving parts on these pieces. They were made to go into the Colonial dollhouse so they are in a more Colonial style. This bedroom set is from the 1950s.

This bedroom set was used. There are scattered scuffs and scratches. Picture #7 shows a melt mark on the side of the club chair. Picture #8 shows a factory flaw on the side of the bed. Picture #9 shows a crack on the back foot on the other side of the bed. Picture #10 shows a chink out of the side of the base of the floor lamp. I think this is order a factory flaw also. As you can see in the picture of the vanity, part of the mirror was scratched off. These pieces were cheaply made. Please see my pictures.
