Custom orders are required to be paid in full at the time you place your order. Cancellation of custom orders must be made within 72 hours of the time of purchase. A refund will be issued minus a 30% restocking fee. Custom orders cancelled after 72hrs of purchase will not be refunded. Customer will be sent photos of fabrics that are chosen for their approval and the customer will be sent written updates and photos on the progress of their order as it is created.
