This 8" kiridashi has a right side chisel grind and is an excellent utility knife.

Kiridashi (Japanese for 'to cut') are traditional tools used by everyday Japanese people for generations. This one is hand-forged out of 1095 high carbon steel and is hardened and heat treated for maximum sharpness and edge retention. Kiridashi are excellent cutters around the workbench that will last a lifetime!
