ABOUT THE SIZE:
All prints are list out the PRINT SIZE with 0.75 - 1.5 Inches white border to fit popular frame size and different framing and mounting purpose.

BIAS
Every original has a bit different dimensions; we strictly follow the proportion of originals, so posters' size may have a 0.5 – 1 cm bias.

We do our best to provide an accurate description and realistic pictures. But colours may appear slightly different to each user due to individual monitor settings.

WHITE BORDER (NO white border)
All prints default send out with NO white border. If you want a white border, please specify personalized information during check out.

MATERIAL DESCRIPTION

CANVAS PRINT - quality 280 gsm canvas: it is a little textured material that consistently reproduces fine detail with outstanding clarity order, and it is water proof, easy to stretch and mounting or framing, you feel it in your hand, not a simple piece of thin paper like we mostly found when buying posters.

FRAMES ARE NOT INCLUDED

PAPER AND PRINTING PROCESS

Our prints are produced using archival, Giclee inkjet printing. Our premium edition ultra gamut canvas and acid-free 100% cotton rag water. All of our canvas prints are matched with our UV, waterproof finish.

DELIVERY

Our prints are made to order, and please allow 5-8 business days to process print, check and packing. All of them will send in hard broad mailing tube by SF-Express with tracking numbers, usually take 35-45 days to the US and UK, a bit longer to rest of the world.


REFUND/RETURN
We do accept refunds or return only for the following situation:
1.When it arrived, the item was defective (customers should take a photo of the defective item and send it to us), and customers should contact us to ask for a refund or resend items.
2.The item was lost; we accept items not delivered in 45 business days as packages lost. Customers should contact us to ask for a refund or resend items.

We do not accept returns or refunds for any other situations since our prints are customized / print on demand products.
