Traditional 'Black label' flat front dress pants from Brooks Brothers. Navy Blue, twill woven flannel. Don't get 1960's Brooks often, these have a narrow tapered leg, belt buckle tongue loop, with Black buttons marked 'Brooks Brothers. Most likely late 60's judging by the large size belt loops. A couple old repairs, but they still present wonderfully.

34" Waist (approx. 1.5" additional to let). 30" Inseam, 40.5" Overall length.
Flat front. Tapered leg. 12" Rise
Nylon 'Talon' zipper fly w/ button fastening behind and a Hook & Bar clasp above at waist.
1 5/8" waistband. 2 3/16" belt loops for 1 3/4" belt max.
1 1/2" Off-seam vertical front pockets. 'Hidden' watch/change pocket below waistband, right side.
Two jetted seat pockets, one with thru button order closure.
8 3/4" leg opening. 1 3/4" cuff. 1 1/4" raw edge hem.
Black twill cotton waistband & pocket linings. Amalgamated Union tag (1963-1976) attached to backside of seat pocket.

Very Good condition, downgraded from 'excellent' as there are two (2) old repairs extant. One is a reasonably good repair to a small tear(?) on the front of right leg (last image), hard to see unless one is looking for it. Another small moth hole on inside of lower right leg. Both have been backed with iron-on patch material, the upper repair has been stitched or darned for near invisibility.
