Royal Doulton Figurine 18.4cm high and designed in 1972 by the celebrated Peggy Davies.

Fine English Bone China with a Matt Finish.

Dressed in an olive green free flowing long dress , decorated on the hem with small white flowers , GERALDINE is typical of this Designer's flair.

Her left hand holds up one side of her dress , for ease of walking , and her demure facial expression opens up all number of possibilities for 2nd guessing just what is going through her mind.

It is known that Peggy Davies used to order encourage / cajole her children to model for her but nothing is known about who GERALDINE is based on-or not , as the case may be.

A truly beautiful figure , worthy of any collection , large or small, and it's hard to imagine she's nearly 50 years old. Where has she been .
