Footed Bowl Northwood Glass White Opalescent Fluted Scroll Klondyke Antique
This is a lovely footed bowl in white and clear colored glass by Northwood Glass Company. The pattern on the bowl is called Klondyke and features a fluted scroll pattern. The bowl of the piece has horizontal bands and scallop scroll design accenting the rim. The bowl is clear then fades into a lovely white at the edges. The base is accented with three quirky scroll ribbed feet and a flower order in the center.
Northwood glass was made by one of the glassmaking companies operated by Harry C. Northwood. His first company, Northwood Glass Co., was founded in Martins Ferry, Ohio, in 1887 and moved to Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, in 1892.

3 inches high and approximately 7 3/4 inches wide, and 3 inches wide at base
Antique Excellent - No chips or cracks noted. Normal imperfections for press glass pieces, such as bubbles. Previously used item, normal wear for age and use.
