A Journey Through Shadow and Light is an oil painting created in 2018 for an exhibition titled "A Journey through Shadow and Light."

She was the mother painting in the show. The exhibition explored addiction, trauma and violence against women. And the gold its created in my mind. It has since been shown in Milan, Italy.

This painting is a story of my own personal rebirth from trauma surrounding domestic violence and my relationship with nature and the universe. A highly textured painting with immense healing power and order empowering energy
