New, never used. order Ifloor Vacuum and Mop, from the reviews I have seen this is an incredible vacuum, I was going to keep it but I already have the BISSELL cross wave and having 2 vacuums would be a little much. If you have any questions message me first. I marked the brand as BISSELL since their is no Ifloor option but this is not a BISSELL vacuum.
