Vintage Herend order XL Round Covered Bon Bon Dish Herend 6031 / AP Hand Painted Apponyi Raspberry Chinese Bouquet 4" Covered BONBONIERE Bowl

A beautiful HEREND Porcelain round Covered Bon Bon Dish in Apponyi Raspberry or Chinese Bouquet Raspberry. Some people refer to this pattern as Chinese Bouquet, but it is called Apponyi. Originally created in 1930 for Count Albert Apponyi, the pattern features a center motif of a stylized peony surrounded by a garland of leaves with 24K gold rosettes.

This has the center motif of the brilliantly colored, hand-painted peony on the lid and also around the sides of the bowl base. The garland of leaves with the 24K gold rosettes is around bottom of the lid.

It is in Mint condition without any flaws. The last picture is of other items I will be listing.

Measurements: Approximately 4-5/8" wide; 4" tall.

Has Herend mark and item number on the bottom. Since 1990, all Herend items have a date code underneath the mark - a letter (starting with A for for the month of January) and two numbers for the year. This piece was made prior to 1990 since there is no letter and year underneath the mark.
