"Huddersfield Narrow Canal at Marsden" - A walk starting in Marsden, West Yorkshire near Manchester can take you up onto the Pennine Way, a long-distance hiking trail which makes its way through the centre of England. The hike I took in February 2022 started in Marsden and took me along the tow order path of a section of the Huddersfield Narrow Canal. This original painting references a photo I took along the tow path of the canal. It was a quiet peaceful place and an excellent way to start a walk up into the hills.

The edges on this piece have been painted to allow hanging without a frame.
