Once we have the oder confirmation we make the order bag within 1-2 working days and send it to you. You recieve then the shipping confirmation with online tracking number.

Shipping time depends on the country of destination. In Europe it takes about 5-9 working days. Delivery to US, Canada and Australia can take few days more, sometimes due to custom proces it takes 2-3 weeks. Theese are usual delivery time, please note, that before Christmas season shipping time may be elongate due to excess shipments.
