Vintage 1940's order Navajo Sterling Silver Concho Button, 4 Point Star

Unique vintage sterling silver Navajo concho style button is handmade from the forties or possibly earlier. A four point directional star with dots graces this large shank button. Perfect Fred Harvey style adornment for your western style clothing. Never owned stock, never worn.

This item comes from order a shop operated in Portland, Oregon from the 1940's - 1969. Any wear is consistent with age and storage. Some natural oxidation is normal for silver. I have not cleaned or buffed the patina off, as some customers prefer it.

My mother owned a chic little place known as the Mexican Craft Shop, which carried handblown glassware, handmade pottery, stunning SW Indian and Mexican jewelry, baskets, textiles, leather goods, and clothing.
